The Illicit Tobacco Partnership is led by Fresh, Action on Smoking and Health (ASH) and the UK Centre for Tobacco and Alcohol Studies (UKCTAS). The partnership works with councils, police and HMRC to reduce demand and supply of illicit tobacco.
